Greetings from Technique, the Cooking School at Kitchen Essence. We’re pleased to offer these free cooking school demoes to Pinehurst residents and visitors.  Seating is always first come, first served.  Most classes feature a themed ingredients and a series of improvisational recipes.  Most free workshops are paired with select tastes of a featured wine.
